As a bilingual organizational development (OD) strategy consultant and coach, I leverage my career in global and national organizations across various industries, to transform cultures from within. My roles in organizational development and as a business partner have fuelled my drive and resourcefulness to create impact, and enable growth and transformation. I am known for creating successful engagement strategies in times of major change such as mergers and acquisitions, building new teams, and shifting business strategies.
My mission: To drive growth and engagement by designing practical and sustainable solutions and approaches that engage employees, accelerate adoption of new strategies and ways-of-working. Importantly, these are aligned to the organization’s culture, values and goals and encourage stronger team commitment.
My approach: From developing talent and engagement strategies to making sure people-focused projects are aligned, I favour a problem-solving approach, connecting with stakeholders at all levels, and digging into data-driven employee insights to create a space where people can thrive.
